Melissa and Troy asked Natalie to take family pictures before we went back to Rigby. It was a beautiful calm evening. They have a lake not too far from their home, so off we went. The kids were all in white t-shirts and levis. There were so many pictures to choose from.
This one was my favorite. The kids were closing their eyes but had great big smiles underneath. Everyone was giggling and laughing. So was Melissa and Troy.
Gavin had been in Idaho Falls visiting with his family. He picked up Mike, and the two of them came for the fourth. Mike would go home with me. Gavin would stay with Natalie and they both would travel back to California together.
Melissa and Natalie fixed a nice Bar-B-Que. Gavin invited his father for dinner. Fred lives in Layton, so was perfect for him to be with us for dinner and fireworks. Melissa's friend, Carolyn, invited us over for fireworks. Trey hated the fireworks and just wanted to be held.
The evening was not complete without roasting marshmellows around the fire. Carolyn has a beautiful yard and swimming pool. Natalie had really missed Gavin while they were apart.
Melissa is holding Carolyn's little girl. Trey looks a bit jealous!!!
Always good times when we are together. Life is good. Great place to be with someone you love, huh Mike
