Camille, Jody, Michelle, Melissa, and Natalie.

This is Alexis and Logan jumping on the trampoline. It was so cold, but they loved the fresh air. We have lots of pictures, but the blog wouldn't hold them all. Looks like fun.

Laken, Dakota, Mason, Ciara being held by Brooklyn, Logan, and Sam in front. Jody had her four, and Camille's five girls, there was a lot of activity going on. Dakota, Laken, Alexis, and Natalie had made a fort out of quilts on Saturday night. Those will be fun memories for them.

Ciara enjoyed being held by Jody, and loved the attention. Everyone has fun with Ciara. It was good to have Jody bring her family home. All of the kids have fun with each other.

This is a great picture of Bruce and Ciara. Thanks Bruce for hosting all of us.

Looks like Shawn is pretty intense trying to master a game. The kids could show him how it is done.

Natalie, Brooklyn and Tinisha having a leisurely morning. I know they barely woke up, and were listening to Brooklyn share her evening dance events.

Natalie and Alexis taking pictures after the mighty fort was built for everyone to sleep in. Good job girls, and we hope you both helped clean up your fun mess.

Laken and Dakota taking pictures after there evening of building the fort together. These two girls have always been such good friends. We are so glad they could be together for the weekend.

Tinisha doesn't get home very often to play. She and Chris work and go to school at ISU. They both have jobs and with studying, they don't have time to relax and get home to visit. Everyone enjoys playing with Ciara.

I don't know what the girls are laughing about, probably a movie quote. Camille, Natalie, Michelle and Melissa were just having fun. It was Michelle's birthday on Feb.11, so she brought a cheesecake that Tom had bought at Babes. They came after they had been to a birthday dinner to share her birthday cake. So yummy. Everyone was still awake. There is always a party when they are together.

Here they are again. They just looked pretty, so I put another picture again.

This is a picture with Mike and Tom in it. Boston and Nixon were wanting to see the Cheesecake. Happy Birthday, Michelle.

It is so late, and Troy is holding Trey until it quiets down for him to sleep. Troy, Melissa and the boys were staying in Rigby with us. But so nice for the kids to be able to see each other.

You can see the cake with the candles on. Nixon is patiently waiting for it to be cut.

Brooklyn and her date are the center of attention as they get ready to leave for the Prom. Everyone wanted to be by her and watch as pictures were being taken.

Natalie, Alexis, Dakota, and Laken had a great time taking pictures and laughing.

Tinisha put make-up on the "already beautiful Brooklyn." I really don't know what they could do to make her look better. Maybe do green to match her gown.

Boston, Caden and Morgan are looking at my new Shutterfly books. They are of our activities during the year 2010. It was fun watching them enjoy the pictures we chose to put in the books. Those little kids have fun getting together and spending the night.

Boston, Nixon, Caden and Morgan all sleeping in the basement. You know they were laughing until they finally went to sleep. Thanks for all being here together. Mike did you tell them your famous scarey stories before they went to bed? You know they love to hear them. David and Whitney were staying with us. I did not get any pictures of them while they were at our home. They went back to Pocatello after the funeral Saturday night. David had to teach a class Sunday morning at 9:00. I will be getting plenty pictures when they come for Spring break. Yeah.

Let the Memories Begin at Disneyland

We are riding the Tower of Terror. Funny, just a few days ago Brooklyn text a picture of Camille and her on the ride. I couldn't believe within a few days of each other, all of us on the same ride, one in Disneyworld and one in Disneyland. If I could sing I would be singing"It is a Small World."
I am combining two or three trips to Disneyland. But we want you to know how much fun we have had at the park. We are waiting for the Wonderful World of Color, being shown on the water, starting around 8:30. We brought seats to sit on because it gets really cold. So many people come to watch. We wait for around 1 1/2 hours, but it is worth the wait.

This is a fun picture taken looking at the front side of Main Street. Every place we look is another pretty place to take a picture.

This is a great place and not too crowded tonight, standing in front of Sleeping Beauty's castle.

This is Space Mountain. It is dark, and about like a Roller Coaster. Well, Natalie and Mike were so afraid, they had their eyes closed. You can see I am not afraid, I have a smile on my face and my eyes are open. I loved the ride.

This is Autopia. We each had our own car. Oh yes, it was fun. But Mike kept bumping into both of us, especially when it said " do not bump into the car ahead of you."

This was just a fun ride. We did not have to wait in line very long, so we did get on a lot of rides. We have memories of riding this when the kids were younger.

Ofcourse we are trapped in Toy Story box. Help, let us out.

The box said fun for all ages. I guess they mean Seniors too.

This is the big Ferris Wheel with Mickey in the center. Some of the seats were stationery, but some would rock. We did pick the one that rocked. It is getting easier on these rides. I just take a big, deep breath, and I live through them. I know that my grandchildren have ridden them before, so I try harder. Natalie and Mike just love these rides.

This is the big "Roller Coaster." I closed my eyes the last time I came, but today, my eyes are open. I am still scared, but my eyes are open. Yeah, I am getting better.

This is the same picture. The other one is a bit shiny on one of us, so I am putting both pictures in .

We are standing in front of the Bugs Life area. This is so clever. Disneyland is so creative. We are in awe with all of the detail in each exhibit. Mike, Natalie and I take a lunch, which consists of P-nut butter and Jelly sandwiches, fruit, crackers and chips. Oh and don't forget the "Rockstar". We all three need it to get through our day.

See how big the Ferris Wheel and the Roller Coaster are. You can see why it is breath-taking.

We each take turns getting pictures of each other.

This is the Bear World exhibit in California Adventures. We have not been on the White Water ride. This ride has Old Faithful spouting in the center to get everyone wet. Quite a hit for the kids. It reminds us of the days we get to white-water raft in Jackson. It has been too chilly when we come. We will wait for a warmer day.

I took this picture for Berkley cause he likes Mator so well. Mator only comes out occasionally, just like the other characters in Disneyland. He doesn't talk, but sits there for pictures.

We are waiting for the light show. Natalie is not with us, so had another person take our picture.

The "Small World" exhibit. It now is remodeled with all the new Disney Characters. We sing all the way through. It just makes us feel good.
This is one of the first pictures we had of Mator and the car. Guess I just got carried away. You can never have enough pictures of them.

Kennedy Wrap-Up 2010

Natalie made this video from the pictures I selected to put in my three shutterfly books. I have the books home, and I just love looking at all the pictures of our family. I love that she put the pictures to music. It makes me happy looking at it. Hope you like watching it. Mike and I have a great family. We sure are proud of them. It is wonderful being parents and we love being grandparents. Love all you kids so much.

Our visit with Andrea, Raquel, Natalya, and Marcus

We were so excited when Andrea called Natalie and told her that she would be flying with her little family to see her parents in Phoenix. Natalie called us and we put together a short trip to visit with them. We had not been able to see Marcus and had only seen Natalya when they came in May to visit. So this was so great. We had dropped Michelle and Tom at the airport, went to Disneyland, and the next morning packed. Natalie worked until the afternoon, and we were off to Arizona to visit

You can imagine how excited we were to see the little kids. Of course the little girls just wanted to be tickled by Grandpa. We just wanted to enjoy laughing with them. Oh Marcus is such a darling little baby. Just smiled and stuck his little tongue out.
We spent the night with Judy and Kenny. They live in Peoria just five miles from Margaret and Steve, Andrea's parents. Margaret fixed a wonderful breakfast for us. The little kids were so grown up eating up to the table. Margaret has her home fixed so nice for the kids. She had toys all around, so when they come, they have a home away from home. They love being there.

Steve spent time with Raquel and Natalya putting together puzzles. You could tell they had enjoyed doing that often. Wow, who wouldn't love flying to visit grandparents in Arizona. They had all the toys little girls could think to play with.
It was fun to see Raquel and Natalya play with Grandpa. They loved to tease him and get his attention. He played hide and seek in their beautiful home.

We had so much fun just laughing with the girls and just watching them. We
wanted to be with them as long as we could. They live so far away. As Grandpa played with the girls, Margaret made the comment that now she knew where Michael got his play habits from. She said that Michael tickles and plays with the girls just like Mike did. Yes, the apple does not fall too far from the tree.
We took turns reading a good-night story to the girls. They loved hearing Natalie, you know she is a teacher don't you and she makes everything come to life. Yes and Grandpa does not ever want to be left out.

Marcus is the happiest little baby. He had just found his tongue, and so we were able to get great pictures of him. He was so good to let us hold him whenever we want. Michael and Andrea are such good parents and have very well-mannered children. I bet he misses his little kids while they are in Arizona.

We all loved holding Marcus. He is so fun, just sticking his cute little tongue out and smiling. These little kids have such big dark brown eyes. Natalie held Marcus as much as she could, but the girls wanted her to play with them. She is like a big buddy for them.

The girls took Natalie into their bedroom with a closet full of toys and played "hide and seek". They sure have a great life coming to Arizona to play in the sunshine. But it was record cold while we were there. Wouldn't you know it, but we didn't go for the sunshine, just wanted to hang out with the Virginia Kennedy's.
This is a picture at Cabela's. It was on our way back to California. So Andrea, Margaret and the kids followed us there and we took fun pictures. I should say we followed them. Judy and Kenny had been there, so we just extended our visit. It was like going to a stuffed zoo.

Natalya was there to help Andrea with Marcus. She will be a great big sister to him and a good help to Andrea. Andrea called Michael on her Iphone. We could talk with him and see him on the phone, and he could see us. What will they think of next? The kids don't even need to be homesick for him. He is just a phone call away to see and here him.

Raquel is on the swim team in Virginia. It was just too cold to use the pool, but we sure wanted to watch her swim. If we would have been all Senior Citizens we could have used the indoor pool. But the kids did not pass for Seniors. It would have been fun to watch her. It was too cold, but think she would have even braved the cold to show us her swim moves. Proud of her for being on the swim team.

Such a good picture of Andrea and Marcus. She looks so pretty all of the time.

Mike had fun playing with the girls. They enjoyed wrestling and tickling and being noisey. That is how he would play with his own kids.

I am sitting in the closet all filled with toys. I just wanted to hug and kiss cute Marcus.

Here we are at Cabela's. Judy and Kenny are in the background. It was so good to see them also and visit with Kaylynn. We really had a great time while we were there.

No this isn't the jungles of Africa, but close. Cabela's...those little girls are pretty always in pink.

Margaret with Andrea and the little girls.

It was so much fun to take pictures of everyone. I wanted to get as many as I could. Thanks for smiling so often for us.

Thanks Judy and Kenny for letting us stay with you. Great seeing you both. It was so hard to tell Michael's family good-bye. Time just went by too fast.
